H.S.I. Today
On this sure foundation was Hillsprings International Schools established as Pastor Deola Mensah (Senior Pastor of RCCG Faith City and PIC Lagos Province 5) challenged the Offsprings of David Leadership in the church headed by Deacon Mike H. Kpolu to set in motion a process of establishing a school. The strategic meetings of the Offspring of David came up with three projects with one of them being establishing a school.
From seven pupils, today we have over three hundred and fifty pupils; from six staff, we have a total of fifty four staff. HIS is a thriving exuberant community. Space is the only limiting factor to the growth of the school as the whole third floor of the administrative block with the ground floor and two rooms at the basement of the main auditorium could not accommodate the increasing number of pupils. We turn down admissions on a daily basis. We are hopefully targeting a permanent site that can house the imminent growth of HIS.
The journey that started so little is today a great journey. The word of God is so real as stated in Zech 4:7 and 10 that we must never despise the days of small things, for God will surely make Mountains plain for his children.
